OUR TEAM

The Lanterna team includes:

Holly Johnson consults and advises leaders in strategy, leadership, and organizational development. She has more than 25 years of experience in private, non-profit, and public sector organizations. Holly founded Lanterna in 2009 and continues to serve as its president.

Mike Wold helped co-create Lanterna’s enduring values and guiding principles. As a consultant emeritus, Mike continues to serve Lanterna as an internal business advisor and culture keeper.

Judy Plante is a facilitator, organizational development consultant and advisor to executives and managers with over 30 years consulting experience.  Her management experience included serving in Director and Assistant Commissioner roles.   

Beth Crandall is a respected leader with over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry. She provides consulting services with a focus on program management, organizational change management and Quality Management System (QMS) development and implementation in the medical device market.

Kim Feller has over 30 years of expertise in the areas of programming development and implementation with a keen sense of building effective partnerships to ensure successful outcomes for Minnesota businesses and the disability community.

Sue Hinton is a seasoned writer who adeptly combines her project management expertise with strong communication skills to guide teams to successful outcomes in grant applications and essential project implementations.
