Client Situation: The client had a time sensitive opportunity to create and deliver an all-staff event for 300 employees located throughout the state in Minnesota.
Lanterna Results:
- Within an exceptionally short timeframe of six weeks, Lanterna’s team successfully responded to a client’s urgent request to design and help deliver an all staff event for approximately 300 people.
- Lanterna consultants worked with the client to quickly prioritize the highest value training topics and then identified and secured a vetted qualified instructor for each of the priority sessions. The consultant team worked closely with each instructor to customize sessions based on a deep understanding of the client’s work and culture.
- The 3-day event, including all three instructor led sessions, received high marks in the all staff event evaluation survey. Lanterna was re-engaged two years later to develop another all staff event which was also positively experienced by attendees.
